Two 500ml bottles make up one months supply. Thereafter, you need only a maintenance programme of 1 x 500ml bottle each month.
- Begin the treatment by taking half of one bottle on the first morning before breakfast, and the other half in the evening before retiring.
- On the following day begin the second bottle following the 'Directions for use'on the bottle.

Always upend bottle to gently mix contents before use, do not shake.
- Take one tablespoon morning and evening. Hold beneath tongue for 30 seconds then swirl round teeth, gargle and swallow. Always use a wooden or plastic spoon for dosing.
Storage:
