Using this technology we have been able to create a tonic that we call Neverill-Potentate (N-P). ‘Potentate’ because it energises and makes potent a complex colloid which we’ve bound into the water carrier, using the rotating magnetic field of the Pathcurve Vortex Generator (PVG). And ‘Neverill’, because you have a much better chance of never being ill if you take the tonic regularly. N-P adds another energy dimension to the already enhanced ATP system created by the PVG. This new dimension is the provision of structured water for use by the living cell. To explain: - Studies done at the University of Pennsylvania by Gilbert Ling, at the University of Texas by Ivan Carmen, at the University of California (Berkley) by James Kleg and by numerous researchers in Europe are all finding that water in the cytoplasm isn’t merely in a random state, but is highly structured. There are actually four different primary forms of water found in every living cell. Now, the structure of the average cell contains a sort of skeleton called the cytomatrix. This is made up of thousands of proteins formed into a helix or spiral, which stretch throughout the cell, and also from the cell nucleus through the cell membrane, where they interconnect to other cells. The cytomatrix is surrounded by spiral layers of water of a very low density, and these clusters of water are bound to the proteins in a series of enveloping layers, rather like the layers of an onion. Because this water is in a structured form in spiral micro clusters, it is capable of carrying information much like a fibre optic filament, and it is this highly structured, low density water which forms the cells communication system. Herbert Fryolic of the University of London discovered that waves of information pass through the cellular water matrix at around 1011 Hertz, a frequency far beyond radio or micro waves. Also, it has so far been shown that cell systems can’t carry information unless the water has a specific structure. Research done by Dr. Kateyama in Japan has found that water in the cells of the newborn is highly structured and very mobile. As we age this water becomes bound to other cellular material, less able to deliver nutrients and remove waste and less able to carry out its prime function as a medium by which the cell communicates. As we age further a dehydration process takes place so that, according to Dr. Kateyama, by the time we reach 60 almost three quarters of the water in the blood alone has actually disappeared. By setting up micro structures within the water I use, and by setting these spinning, I have created in N-P a tonic which is easily absorbed into the cell where it helps to re-hydrate and restructure the vital micro clusters of water within the cell. By re-creating the condition of the water in the cell when we were newborn, I have a method of rejuvenating the cell and with it the immune system. This is Neverill-Potentate. We've already had good results with N-P in Africa where small scale trials indicate that, because it deals very effectively with secondary infections, it can help AIDS victims live normal lives. Also in the UK where it has been shown to help bring about significant improvement in a couple of cases of Gulf War syndrome, and one where a child was suffering from chlorine poisoning.
